The Dreadeye comes with a sheath made from either Kydex or leather. Both formats are a great way to secure and carry your knife but, depending on your carrying preferences, one might be better suited for your needs.

See below are the differences between the sheath materials:

Matthew Christensen developed an appreciation for knives at a young age. Working out of his shop in Illinois, he has an eye for both form and function to accompany a strong resume of production designs and fine customs.

If belt carry is your preference then a Kydex sheath is the way to go with a Tek-Lok system for secure attachment to a variety of belts. The Kydex sheath allows for easy modification for left or right carry as well as vertical and horizontal carry formats. The Tek-Lok system will also be the best choice for carrying on your backpack or other bags with a molle system.

Made by Chattanooga Leatherworks with a more traditional look. This sheath is ideal for pocket carrying and/or carrying inside the waistband. A strong pocket clip with an inner catch ensures that your sheath stays secure and, with just a phillips head screwdriver, you can change the location of your clip for right or left side carry.
